You will be responsible for onboarding and training new customers on the ConstructionPayroll.com platform. This Easy to Use, Multi Tenant SAAS solution is as easy to use as the well-known small business accounting programs but as powerful as a Construction Specific ERP. Once customers are trained, you will be their main point of contact to ensure they are well taken care of, listen for product enhancements, and ultimately "Improve the Lives of Those we Serve! While our team of Payroll Specialists work with our new customers on the front end of our software, our data entry specialists will work behind the scenes importing our customers specific account information into the ConstructionPayroll.com platform so that when it comes time to start training, our customers are working with their own data!
